A publication about the Holy See Pavillion in Venice, by Brazilian architect Carla Juaçaba. The book uses photography, lectures, interviews and references to build a narrative from the architect's voice. The architecture is a minimal metal beam structure that merges with the surroundings. Different paper surfaces represent constrasting textures of nature and metal and the japanese binding emphacizes continuity. The book proportions and page margins are based on the square and the cross forms.
